1. Role of GoPYPR
GoPYPR operates as a ticketing platform that sells tickets on behalf of third-party event organizers. GoPYPR is not the event organizer, venue owner, or promoter unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All events, content, scheduling, pricing, and execution are the sole responsibility of the respective event organizers.
2. Ticket Purchases
- Tickets purchased through GoPYPR are subject to availability and the terms set by the event organizer.
- A valid ticket (digital or otherwise) is required for entry to an event.
- Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or refunded unless explicitly allowed by the event organizer.
- It is your responsibility to provide correct contact details when purchasing tickets.
3. Event Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
- GoPYPR is not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, changes in venue, lineup, date, or time.
- Any refunds, exchanges, or credits are determined solely by the event organizer.
- GoPYPR shall not be liable for any costs, losses, or damages incurred due to event cancellation or changes.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- GoPYPR shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, theft, or death occurring at or in connection with any event.
- GoPYPR shall not be responsible for damages to attendees, venues, performers, or third parties arising from an event.
- Attendance at events is entirely at your own risk.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoPYPR, its directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Your attendance at an event
- Your use of the GoPYPR platform
- Any breach of these Terms & Conditions
- Any actions or omissions by event organizers or venues
6. Website & Platform Use
- You agree to use the GoPYPR website and platform lawfully and not for fraudulent or harmful purposes.
- Unauthorized access, misuse, or interference with the platform is prohibited.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
7. Third-Party Services
GoPYPR may integrate with third-party services (including payment providers and messaging platforms). We are not responsible for the performance or availability of these third parties.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the GoPYPR website, including logos, text, and designs, remains the property of GoPYPR unless otherwise stated and may not be used without permission.
